Q. What vaccinations are required?

A. Georgia Department of Agriculture requires a pet to have the Bordetella, Distemper and Rabies vaccinations.

 

Q. Do I have to bring vaccination records before daycare and/or boarding?

A. Yes, a copy of vaccinations and spay/neuter records are required. A hard-copy or email-copy is acceptable.

 

Q. Does my pet have to be spayed or neutered?

A. Yes, we require any pet over six months of age to be fixed. This is also required by the Georgia Department of Agriculture.

Q. Do I need a reservation for daycare and/or boarding?

A. Daycare visits do not require a reservation once your pup has passed their temperament test. Reservations for boarding are required.

Q. Why are collars, name-tags and leashes requested?

A. Leashes are used to safely walk pets from their car into the building and back into the play area. Collars with name-tags are requested so there is no confusion with pets that resemble each other. This is extremely important for feeding and medications. 

Q. What is the earliest and latest time my pet can be dropped off and picked up?

A. Pets can be dropped off and picked up anytime during operating hours, 7 am to 7 pm.

Q. If there is inclement weather, is my pet allowed outside? 

A. When it is extremely wet, cold or hot, we keep pets inside as much as possible. During breaks in the weather, we will reopen the doors. Our inside areas are climate controlled.

 

Q. What forms of payment are accepted? 

A. We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.
